1. Returns Eligibility:

  • Products eligible for return must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them. 
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Returns Guarantee is only eligible on first time purchases of a product. Return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase and buyer is responsible for the cost of the return

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used products: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any used products. This includes but is not limited to, opened packaging, products with broken seals, or items that have been visibly used.

3. Return Process:

  • Provide your order number and details regarding the item(s) you wish to return. 
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if applicable.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. 
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and ensuring the package is adequately insured.

5. Refund or Exchange:

  • Once we receive your return and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund or exchange. 
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 
  • If you opt for an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped once the return is processed.

6. Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee may apply to returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria or are returned outside the specified timeframe.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. 
  • We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to expedite the resolution process.
