Shipping policy

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. In the event of high order volumes affecting processing times, you will be promptly informed. Please note that delays beyond our control, such as postal service issues, may occur. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates: 

  • Calculated Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
  • Flat Rate Shipping: For our subscription customers, we offer a simple flat rate shipping option. The subscription price, including shipping, will be communicated during the subscription setup. 
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $500 qualify for free shipping. 

International Shipping: International shipping is not currently offered. To express your interest and receive updates on when this service becomes available, please contact our sales team. 

Domestic Taxes: Your order may be subject to taxes upon reaching your destination. OCTOdent™ is not responsible for these charges, and they are the customer's responsibility.  

Order Tracking: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If your order hasn't arrived within 5 days of the shipping confirmation date, please contact us at info@octodent.com with your name and order number for assistance. 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes: Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of our carriers falls into this category, we will contact you to discuss alternative shipping arrangements. 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges: Please refer to our full return policy page for detailed information on refunds, returns, and exchanges. We accept returns for unused items in their original condition. The full order amount, minus shipping costs for the return, will be refunded. 

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@octodent.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle damaged items on a case-by-case basis, aiming to find a satisfactory solution.
